It is natural to feel a bit of discomfort when you are using the small trampoline for the first time. You will experience discomfort when you exert a lot of force and go very high in the air. You will be pushed back hard and this may result in a yo-yo like sensation that can quickly lead to nausea. You can avoid such complications when using the small trampoline by simply working out on an empty stomach. Having lots of food or water in your stomach is automatically going to complicate the matter. Just as you would not eat a lot before performing exercises, you should not eat a lot before you use the small trampoline. Even if you end up feeling nauseous, do not take it seriously. It is not a significant side effect. Just reduce the speed and intensity when using the small trampoline and you will automatically overcome discomfort issues.
