I Look and Feel So Much Better

I heard a saying the other day. The best time to start a new health plan was 20 years ago. The second best time to start a new health plan is today. That could not have described my own thoughts any better. I knew that I wanted to lose weight and get in better shape, but I honestly had no idea how to go about that since I was no longer in my limber 20s. I was looking at programs for older folks when I came across an Old School New Body review. Once again, the title was perfect accurate for what my goals were at the time.

I had not taken care of myself in several years. By this, I mean that I did not belong to a gym, nor was I getting any regular exercise. I might have went for the occasional walk, but that was really about the extent of it. I knew that there had to be a program that fit me. I was only 41 at the time, but I certainly felt older because I had not kept up with the things that provided me with all my energy.

When I read the review for the Old School New Body program, I could not help but get excited. This plan was definitely going to be challenging, but it was going to be exciting too. There are three phases to the plan. The first is just learning about it and applying it to my daily life. The second part is actually where my muscles would start to become better defined. The third part is where I develop more muscle. The reason muscle is so important is because that is what burns the fat. Without muscle, it is all downhill for someone like me. I am on the third part, and I am loving how I look and feel now.
